Confluences is a location-based audio application designed for use at the Ucross Artist Residency campus and ranch. This privacy policy explains how the app uses location data and addresses user privacy.

Confluences uses your device’s location services only while you are within the boundaries of the Ucross Artist Residency campus and ranch. The purpose of accessing location data is solely to enable the playback of site-specific audio experiences based on your position.

  • When you are outside this area, location services are disabled automatically by the app.

  • No personal data or location history is stored, transmitted, or shared.

Confluences does not integrate with any third-party services that collect or track user data.

By using the Confluences app within the Ucross Artist Residency, you consent to the use of your location solely for the purpose of enhancing your on-site experience. If you do not wish to use location services, you may disable them through your device settings, but this may limit the app’s functionality.

5. Changes to This Policy

If we update this privacy policy, we will revise the “Effective Date” above. Any changes will be communicated via the app or through official Ucross communications.
